Mumbai:Actress Sahher Bambba, who was recently seen in the hit streaming show *The Ba***ds of Bollywood*, says she doesn’t let online trolls or so-called fashion critics affect her choices.
Walking the ramp as a showstopper for designer Shivani Nirupam at the ongoing Bombay Times Fashion Week, the actress opened up about dealing with public scrutiny around style.
She said that worrying about being judged every time one steps out only adds unnecessary pressure. “If you think that when you leave the house, someone will write something or troll you, you are putting too much pressure on yourself. That may be the reality, but I believe one should just be presentable. I don’t take that pressure at all,” she shared.
Talking about her fashion preferences, Sahher made it clear she isn’t driven by brand labels. Instead, she chooses outfits based on personal liking. “Whatever I like, I pick up—especially while travelling. I’m not too brand-conscious,” she said.
For her, fashion is all about comfort and authenticity. “It should be an extension of your personality. You shouldn’t try too hard,” she added.
The actress also spoke about her experience backstage before the ramp walk, admitting she does get nervous. However, once she steps onto the runway and the music begins, she feels at ease. She also praised the collection she showcased, highlighting its intricate detailing and vibrant summer colours.
Sahher played the female lead in *The Ba***ds of Bollywood*, which marked the directorial debut of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
