Mumbai — Two months after making their relationship public on Instagram, actress Kritika Kamra and cricket host Gaurav Kapur are set to tie the knot in March, with celebrations planned as a two-and-a-half-day event.
According to sources close to the development, Kritika’s family will be travelling from Delhi for the wedding festivities. The ceremony is expected to remain intimate initially, followed by a grand reception on the final day.
The celebrations will be held across venues in Bandra and Lower Parel. Sources revealed that while the first two days will have a private and close-knit atmosphere, the third day will conclude with a large reception gathering.
Insiders earlier shared that for the couple, the wedding is focused more on emotional significance rather than scale. They reportedly decided against a destination wedding, opting instead for a modern, minimal, and intimate celebration in Mumbai that reflects their personalities and shared values. Every element, including décor and styling, is being carefully planned to maintain authenticity.
Kritika officially confirmed her relationship with Gaurav in December through social media by sharing candid photographs from a breakfast outing, along with a video showing the couple enjoying coffee together.
Kritika previously dated her co-star Karan Kundra from the television show Kitani Mohabbat Hai. She made her acting debut in 2007 with the television show Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar. Over the years, she has appeared in several popular shows including Pyaar Ka Bandhan and Kuch Toh Log Kahenge.
In 2015, she played reporter Ananya Kashyap in the show Reporters, and later portrayed Princess Chandrakanta in Prem Ya Paheli – Chandrakanta.
Kritika made her Bollywood debut with the film Mitron in 2018. She later appeared in the web series Tandav in 2021. In 2022, she featured in Kaun Banegi Shikharwati and Hush Hush.
In 2023, she played a journalist in the film Bheed and appeared in the crime drama series Bambai Meri Jaan. Her most recent project is Gyaarah Gyaarah.
