Mumbai — Actress Hetal Gada, who is receiving praise for her role in the newly released series Aukaat Se Bahar, has revealed a heartwarming trait of her co-actor Elvish Yadav—his love for feeding people homemade food.
In a conversation with IANS during the show’s promotions, Hetal shared that Elvish often brings food from home and insists others eat with him. Speaking about the gentle side of people from Haryana, she said, “Yes, people may seem a little rough on the outside, but the emotion behind it is very different. Elvish is very soft from inside, very warm, and he loves feeding people. It’s a really good habit.”
Recalling a moment from their look test in Mumbai, she added, “We were deciding what to order for food, and I couldn’t decide. Elvish said, ‘Why do you want to order? I have homemade food. My friend has sent it.’ And then he will keep insisting you eat. It’s a very sweet thing.”
Hetal first gained prominence with her acclaimed performance in the film Dhanak, and has since appeared in projects like Thai Massage, The Sky Is Pink, and various web series. Known for choosing realistic, character-driven roles, she continues to build a strong foundation in meaningful cinema.
Meanwhile, Aukaat Se Bahar follows the journey of Rajveer Ahlawat, played by Elvish Yadav—a small-town boxer from Haryana who joins an elite college in Delhi. The story explores bullying, class differences, and the struggle to prove one’s worth.
The show is currently streaming on Amazon MX Player.
