Chennai – Actress Nidhhi Agerwal, who stars opposite Power Star Pawan Kalyan in the upcoming period drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu, has heaped praise on the recently released Telugu film Single, describing it as “a hilarious ride” and lauding director Caarthick Raju for his brilliant execution.
Taking to her X (formerly Twitter) handle, Nidhhi wrote:
“Just watched #Single (Telugu)! A hilarious ride, brilliantly executed by @caarthickraju. @sreevishnuoffl & @vennelakishore had us laughing from start to finish. @i__ivana_ & @TheKetikaSharma — you both were too good! Kudos to #AlluAravind sir, @GeethaArts, #VidyaGaru, and the entire cast & crew.”
Single, which released in May this year, turned out to be a surprise blockbuster. Notably, producer Allu Aravind was so impressed with Sree Vishnu’s performance in the film that, after watching the final cut, he immediately signed the actor for two more projects under his banner and handed him a generous cheque.
The film features Sree Vishnu, Ivana, and Ketika Sharma in lead roles. It was presented by Geetha Arts’ Allu Aravind in collaboration with Kalya Films and produced by Vidya Koppineedi, Bhanu Prathapa, and Riaz Chaudhary.
The project held special significance for Allu Aravind as it marked a successful production by his daughter, Vidya. He expressed his delight at her achievement and commended director Caarthick Raju, calling him “the captain of the ship” for steering the film so skillfully.
Speaking at a success meet, Allu Aravind said:
“I sincerely thank all the audiences who showed that if a film is good, they will definitely come to theatres. My journey with Vishnu is set to continue. Ketika and Ivana have delivered fantastic performances. Vishal Chandrasekhar’s music added great value to the film. It brings me immense joy to see young directors come forward and celebrate this success. Heartfelt thanks to all of them.”
