JMM accuses Babulal of being 'political seller'

Ranchi: Launching a scathing attack on JVM-P supremo and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi who will be merging his party with BJP, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha claimed that it had suspected such things in the past itself which was now turning into reality.

Addressing a press conference here JMM's general secretary and central spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya said Babulal Marandi was considering himself to be incomplete without the BJP and now his true colors are before the people of the state and accused Marandi of being a 'political seller'.

He said that earlier Mr Marandi use to strengthen the BJP by sending his MLAs but now he himself is joining the party but the truth of the matter is that he is joining such a ship which is one the verge of drowning. He said that all the wrongdoings of the previous BJP government was out in the open which also included the Manhart scam.

Bhattacharya claimed that joining of Marandi is an experiment as by using the clean image of Babulal Marandi the BJP and its leaders were trying to hide their sins however their motives will not be successful. He said the situation of BJP in Jharkhand can be imagined from the fact that despite two months of elections it has not named leader of the opposition.
