Ranchi: Former cabinet minister and Independent MLA from Jamshedpur East Saryu Rai has said that he will be filing a case against advocate general of the state Ajit Kumar.
In a tweet, he said that he will be meeting senior lawyers in New Delhi including Subramaniyam Swami in this regard.
He said that on the issue of corruption following the directions of advocate general Ajit Kumar the Jharkhand Bar Council had passed a condemn motion against which legal battle will commence.
During his stint as the cabinet minister of the state, Mr Rai had remained critical of the advocate general in his role and had often accused him of not doing his work properly.
