Sudesh promises to open all closed schools if voted to power

Lohardaga: AJSU supremo Sudesh Kumar Mahto said that since the elections were taking place in Jharkhand, therefore, issues will also be related to the state and will be centric around the honor and prestige of the state.

In a veiled attack on the BJP, he said that the people of the villages are asking questions from those who are raising the issue of Article 370 and Ram Mandir that why the schools which are also considered as temples have been closed.

Addressing an election rally in Kisku here he said that it is the commitment of his party that all schools which have been closed will be opened on the first day if his government comes into power and promised to give mid-day meal to even those students who are studying in the Madrassas.

He asked the people to reject those who have changed parties and are now asking for votes and said that for 15 years the leaders use to flay each other and have now joined hands.

He said that now in Jharkhand the common people will rule and the officials will be reaching at the doors of the people.

He said that his party will address concerns of para teachers, sahiyas, sevikas and rasoiyas. Mahto said that his party will get the status of freedom fighters to the Andolankaris and also pointed out that he will be working to link the rivers so that water reaches into the farms and also into the homes of the people.
