Bokaro: AJSU party supremo Sudesh Kumar Mahto said that the common people will not only cast their votes but will also do the politics and the person who will be selected by the people will work to only serve them.
Addressing a party function in Chandankiyari he said that any person can easily become an office-bearer in the party but is the common worker who is most important as they are responsible for ensuring the success of the strategy of the party.
He said that the party has tried to change the way politics is done in the state. Mr Mahto said that while traveling across the different Vidhan Sabhas of the state he was extremely excited to see the air of change blowing in the state.
He said that the purpose behind politics is to make changes in the lives of the poor and establish the faith of the common people in politics.
Those present on the occasion included former minister Umakant Razak and central spokesperson Devsharan Bhagat.
