New Delhi — Narendra Modi will inaugurate the India AI Impact Expo 2026 at the Bharat Mandapam on Monday, according to an official statement from the Prime Minister’s Office.

The Expo, scheduled from February 16 to 20, will be held alongside the India AI Impact Summit at the same venue. Spread across 10 arenas covering more than 70,000 square metres, the event will bring together global technology companies, startups, academic institutions, research organisations, Union Ministries, state governments, and international collaborators.

The event will feature 13 country pavilions highlighting international cooperation in artificial intelligence. Participating nations include Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and several African countries.

The Expo will host more than 300 curated exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations organised around three thematic pillars — People, Planet, and Progress. Over 600 high-potential startups are expected to participate, many of which are developing globally scalable and population-level AI solutions. These startups will showcase working technologies that are already being deployed in real-world applications.

Organisers expect the event to attract over 2.5 lakh visitors, including international delegates. The Expo aims to strengthen global partnerships and create new business opportunities within the expanding AI ecosystem.

Additionally, the programme will include over 500 sessions featuring more than 3,250 speakers and panelists. These discussions will focus on the transformative role of artificial intelligence across sectors and explore strategies to ensure that AI delivers benefits to citizens worldwide.

According to the official statement, the Expo will serve as a national showcase of AI innovation, demonstrating the integration of policy, technology, and practical implementation for public benefit.
