Ramgarh DC instructs officials over dispatch and receiving works

Ramgarh: District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Ramgarh Madhavi Mishra received information from the concerned officials regarding the work done for the dispatch and post-poll receiving work at Ramgarh College in wake of the by-election. 

Meanwhile, DC directed the deputed officers and personnel to provide appropriate information regarding the various counters made available to the Sector Magistrates and electoral parties on February 26. She has also issued the necessary guidelines after receiving information on the preparations being made by the Material Cell and Vehicle Cell in view of dispatch.

DC notified all the concerned officers about the work to be done before dispatch and receiving, the work to be done on the day of dispatch and receiving, and the work to be done after receiving to successfully organise the Ramgarh by-election. Moreover, necessary instructions were given regarding the preparation of checklists and working in a planned manner.

During the the meeting, the Senior Officer Personnel Cell cum Deputy Development Commissioner, Senior Officer Election Coordination Cell cum Additional Collector, Electoral Officer Ramgarh Assembly Constituency cum Sub-Divisional Officer, and senior officers/in-charge of various cells along with others attended the meeting.
