Monsoon will reach Jharkhand between June 10 to 12

Ranchi: Amidst the sultry summer, light rain is forecast in the surrounding areas including the capital Ranchi. According to the Meteorological Center of Ranchi, the sky will remain cloudy in the capital and adjoining areas with wind speed blowing at 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. 

Apart from this, there may be thunderstorms in some places. A change is being witnessed in the weather of Jharkhand due to the cloud of moisture formed in the Bay of Bengal. This is the reason why people in the state are facing severe humid heat. However, with the changes in the weather people will get some relief from heat and humidity. 

Scientists at the local weather station said that the monsoon has reached Karnataka from Kerala via the Arabian Sea. It will first reach West Bengal via Sikkim and Darjeeling via Goa and Mumbai. After that, the entry of the monsoon will be in Bihar and Jharkhand. He said that there is every possibility of Monsoon entering the state by June 10-12.
