Ranchi: Additional Secretary of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat Ramakant Singh has directed that payment to all the farmers across the state whose money is pending after selling their paddy should be cleared within a month. The instructions from Mr. Singh followed after a complaint was registered from Godda district where it was pointed that farmers of Nunajor of Godda district were still awaiting payment of paddy worth Rs 10 lakh which was sold in the year 2011-12. He asked the nodal officer of the Food and Civil Supplies
Department to identify all such cases and ensure payment.
Over the complaint related to missing of a 14 year old girl from Godda since October 25, 2018 IG to DGP asked the DSP Godda to trace the mobile location of the girl with the help of the technical cell and asked the investigating officer to meet the Godda SP and seriously conduct the probe and submit a report in this regard next week.
In another complaint from Pakur where it was pointed that irregularities were maintained is distributing the funds for buying bicycle among the students of upgraded high school in Kisto Nagar Belganda and no action was taken against the principal he asked the officials of the welfare department to complete the action in this regard and submit a report.
From another complaint from Dhanbad where it was pointed that one Supriya Devi was fighting with cancer and under the Chief Minister serious disease scheme the family had applied for financial help on June 22, 2018 but till date no payment was made over which he asked the nodal officer to allocate the funds as soon a possible.
Over the pending payment of ANM Pratima Singh and 1- others posted at Rangalia sub-health care center Mr Singh asked the department to make payment within a week.
