Apple Business platform launched to empower companies of all sizes 

New Delhi — Apple on Tuesday introduced **Apple Business**, a new all-in-one platform designed to help organisations manage devices, equip employees with essential apps, and access expert support to run operations efficiently and securely.

The platform comes with built-in mobile device management, allowing businesses to easily configure employee groups, device settings, security features, and apps using “Blueprints” for quick setup. This enables companies to streamline deployment and maintain consistency across their devices.

In addition, Apple Business allows users to create business email, calendar, and directory services using their own domain name, improving communication and collaboration within organisations. The platform will be available from April 14 in more than 200 countries and regions. 

Susan Prescott said the launch marks a major step in Apple’s long-standing effort to help companies leverage its ecosystem. She noted that the company has combined its strongest business offerings into a single, secure platform with built-in device management, collaboration tools, and new ways for organisations to connect with customers.

According to Apple, the platform offers a unified interface to manage all Apple devices within an organisation. Earlier available as part of a subscription under Apple Business Essentials in the United States, the new Apple Business aims to simplify IT management, especially for small businesses without dedicated technical teams.

The service also introduces new Blueprints to configure devices with pre-installed settings and apps, enabling zero-touch deployment so employees can start using new Apple products right out of the box. 

Apple Business further includes options for upgraded iCloud storage and support through AppleCare+ for Business. A companion Apple Business app will allow employees to install work apps, view colleague contact details, and request support while on the move.
