Ranchi district administration completes all preparations for counting, 800 jawans deployed

Ranchi: The district administration has completed all the preparations for counting on seven seats falling under the Ranchi district whose counting will be held at the Krishi Bazar Samiti Premises located at Pandra here.

The seven seats for which counting will commence from 8 am on Monday included Ranchi, Tamar, Mandar, Kanke, Hatia, Khijri and Silli seats. For these seat counting will be held between 17-21 rounds. Among the seats, it is expected that the results of the Ranchi seat will be out first.

As part of the security arrangements around 800 police jawans have been deployed at the Pandra Bazar Samiti. In wake of the counting Ranchi SSP Anish Gupta monitored the traffic arrangements in the city. Till the process of counting entry of all big and small vehicles from Titla Chowk to Piska Mode will be banned from 5 am to 9 pm.

The police have also put by separate parking plans for the officials involved in the counting process and also for the candidates
