RJD manifesto promises 50 pc reservation for women

Ranchi: The RJD has released its manifesto for Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha polls in which it has promised a 50 percent reservation for the women at every level.

The manifesto of RJD was released by its state unit chief Abhay Kumar Singh who said that apart from the well being of the women the party will also make sure that para -teachers, Anganwadi sevikas and sahaikas become permanent. The RJD is contesting 7 seats in Jharkhand as part of Mahagathbandhan.

Apart from others, the party has promised to make long term and short term plans for protecting the water and forest of the state. It has also promised 27 pc reservation to the OBCs and will set up educational centers as per the need of the education of the children. It has also promised to generate 50,000 new jobs every year.

The party has also promised to develop all the tourism spots of the state apart from undertaking beautification of the religious spots and water bodies, further it has said that on-time compensation will be paid in case of crop failure.
