Jan Samwad: 20 complaints taken up during weekly review

Ranchi: A total of 20 complaints were taken up during the weekly review of the complaints registered at Jan Samwad Kendra here which was chaired by the special secretary of CMO Ramakant Singh.

During the review program a complaint was registered regarding the pending payment of the trainers appointed in middle and High Schools of the state government under the skill development Yojana since September 2018 over which Mr Singh directed that the pending honorarium should be paid at any cost within 15 days.

The Nodal Officer of the school education and literacy department informed that due to the negligence of the Institutions with whom agreement was inked to run these vocational courses in the educational institutions has led to delay in paying of the honorarium over this Mr Singh said that when funds are being regularly released in this head then it should be ensured that every month this trainers should get their honorarium.

Brahmanand Jha of Giridih district had registered a complaint that he had made arrangements for bench and desk to conduct the Matric and Inter examinations in Giridih district in February 2012 but despite that he has not been given the payment over which Mr Singh directed the Nodal Officer of the school education and literacy department to review all such matters which are pending at the state level and dispose them off within 15 days.

The complaint of villagers of Manchatand under Chandankiyari block of the Bokaro district also came up during the review programme after which the Nodal officer of the district said that within 15 days under Saubhagya Yojana power will be reaching in the village.

Similarly, the pending payment of 80 electricians who had worked under a power franchisee company in Jaina Mode subdivision for 19 months was also taken up for review and on this the Nodal officer was directed to monitor the situation from his own level and ensure payment within 15 days.

Lab technician Manoj Kumar Mishra posted on a contract basis at the Deoghar Sadar Hospital was not given honorarium for the last 19 months and apart from that he and other paramedical staff had been still not made permanent on this Mr Singh expressed his anguish for keeping the matter pending for such long and pointed that most complaints related to Health Department was pending and said that he himself will be taking regular reviews of the complaints related with the health department.

Babita Kumari of Sahebganj had complained that despite three years she had not got the benefits of Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana on this the Nodal officer said that scheme has been approved and payment will be made within a week.
