X-ray clinic gutted in fire in Palamu

Daltonganj: An X-Ray clinic being operated in Harihargunj area of the Palamu district was destroyed in a fire incident.

Early in the morning, the clinic caught fire which was brought into control by the owner with the help of the locals. Upon receiving information a police team reached on the spot and inquired into the incident. It suspected a short circuit as the prime reason behind the incident.

The clinic owner said that the incident had resulted in the loss of several lakhs as the X-Ray machine and all other equipment have been completely destroyed. As the house owner suspected of a blast inside the clinic police also called the dog squad of the CRPF to look for clues but traces of explosives were found.
