Congress and JMM are hand in glove with anti national forces says Raghubar

Dumka/Pakur: Chief Minister Raghubar Das alleged that Congress and JMM were hands in glove with the Anti National forces due to which they had opposed the scrapping of article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir which was very important for the development of that state.

Addressing a series of public meeting spread across Dumka and Pakur districts as part of his ongoing Johar Jan Aashirwad Yatra he said that during the Lok Sabha elections the people had rejected the Congress and even Shibu Soren was defeated in Dumka similarly in the Assembly polls also those parties which indulge in politics of family and dynasty they should be removed from the state.

He said that the activities of these parties have made it clear that JMM Congress and other parties have formed the alliance only to loot the state and indulge in politics of vote bank and dividing the society so that development of the state can be hampered.

He said that it was due to the support of the people that BJP governments were formed in the centre and the state in 2014 and in the last five years due to the clear cut policy and inventions of the double engine government every sector has registered rapid development and the process was still on.

He said that now in the country Jharkhand is counted among the fastest developing states. He said that as for as Santhal Pargana is concerned with the construction of multi-model port terminal in Sahibganj the area has been linked with many countries which would help to encourage trade and create jobs, moreover AIIMS has been established in Deoghar a d in Dumka medical college has been opened which has expanded the Healthcare facilities in the area.

Mr Das that said that the construction of the airport in Dumka and Deoghar and the Ganga bridge in Sahibganj will be highly beneficial for the development of the Santhal Pargana region.

Mr Das said that all the sections of the society were getting the advantages of PMAY Ujjwala Yojana Pension Yojana Ayushman Bharat Yojana Tirth Darshan Yojana and other schemes however the intentions and policy of the previous governments were not clear and in the implementation of the schemes discrimination was made and politics of vote bank was done and even the people were misled however in the present government things are different as in the villages street lights are being put up roads with paver blocks are being constructed while every house is being provided with water and power connections.

He said that the government is also encouraging small and cottage industries in the rural area and even with the help of Sakhi Mandal women in the rural area are becoming economically empowered.

Mr Das said that the present state government is also worried to keep the art culture and tradition of the tribals safe, while other parties have tried to damage it.

He pointed that in Santhal Pargana in all the government offices names have been written in the Ol Chiki language while announcement in the railway stations are also being made in the Santhali language and teachers have been also appointed so that children in classes 1 to 5 can be taught in their mother tongue of Santhali.
