Raghubar demands for implementation of NRC in Jharkhand

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has too expressed his desire to implement the NRC in the state.

Addressing a programme organised by a private news channel here he said that his government will too demand to implement the NRC in the state.

In many areas of the state including Jamshedpur, Pakur,  Sahibganj presence of illegal Bangladeshi immigrants has been often raised in the state and the clamour for NRC in the state has increased subsequently to identify and remove such illegal immigrants.

According to the inputs of the intelligence bureau these Bangladeshi immigrants have got their Aadhar cards, voter cards and ration cards made. The Chief Minister during the programme described the decision of the central government to scrap Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir as a historic decision.

He said that under his government changes have been brought in the lives of tribals and alleged that the Congress and the JMM did nothing for the welfare of the tribals and have done nothing for their betterment. Mr Das said that his government does not work with revenge attitude.

Mr Das said that his government works for development of the people and accused the Soren family of doing just scams in the state. He said that to remove poverty from the state the government is coming out with a policy and in future its benefits will reach to the people.

He said that there was no rooms for casteism and communalism in the state as only development will be the focus. Mr Das said that after his government came into power under Prime Minister Narendra Modi steps were taken in the area of Agriculture and Health.  

He said that the previous government had made the farmers burdened with loan and the present government had made them free of their burden and fulfilled the dreams of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Mr Das said that his government has worked in every sector including agriculture tourism and healthcare. He said his government was working to remove poverty from the state as for him power and politics was meant to serve the people.
