In a heartening display of community spirit, two young volunteers from Marwari Yuva Manch Gumla, Naini Gopal Das and Raja Kumar, donated AB positive blood to help save the life of a pregnant woman in need. Their timely contribution not only averted a critical shortage but also underscored the vital role that youth can play in emergency situations. By stepping forward when it mattered most, the duo demonstrated a strong sense of social responsibility and highlighted how blood donation can be the difference between life and death.

Speaking on the occasion, Pankaj Sabu, health coordinator of Marwari Yuva Manch, emphasized that blood donation is far more than a noble social act—it is a direct way to give someone a second chance at life. He urged every conscious citizen to come forward and donate blood so that no life is lost due to a shortage of this precious resource. Regular donations, he noted, ensure that patients receive blood in time, while also strengthening the values of service, cooperation, and human compassion within society. Spreading awareness about blood donation, he added, is the need of the hour so that patients do not have to struggle during emergencies.

Pankaj Sabu also appealed to various social organizations to organize at least one blood donation camp each, as such drives can inspire more people to take part in this life-saving act. He called upon the youth in particular to join this noble cause with enthusiasm. The occasion was attended by lab technician Rakesh Singh, blood donation coordinator Rohit Khandelwal, and several others who lent their support to the initiative.
