Dr. Reddy's Growth Centre provides training and skill-development opportunities to children with hearing and speech disabilities. The centre focuses on helping them develop their abilities and equipping them with skills that can support their journey towards greater independence.

The club members said the initiative was aimed at meeting some of the beneficiaries' everyday needs while also extending emotional and social support to the underprivileged community. They stressed that such service activities are not limited to distributing essential items, but are also intended to strengthen confidence and encourage self-reliance among those in need.

The Inner Wheel Club of Ranchi South said it would continue organising similar welfare initiatives and reaching out to people who require support in the future.
