The Rotaract Club of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, held its 13th Installation Ceremony with enthusiasm and grandeur, marking the formal induction of its new executive committee.
During the ceremony, Rotaractor Shivangi Jha took charge as the new president, while Gurjot Singh assumed the responsibility of secretary. The outgoing office-bearers formally handed over their responsibilities to the new team, completing the power transfer process.
The newly appointed president, secretary and other office-bearers pledged to carry forward the club’s objectives with a strong focus on service, social responsibility and youth leadership.



The event was attended by St. Xavier’s College Principal Fr. Dr. Robert Pradeep Kujur, DRS Chanda Sahani, DRRE Amit Kumar and several other distinguished guests. Rotary Club of Ranchi Vice-President Bhawna Taneja also attended the ceremony along with two members. Rotarians Binod Sarawgi and Prakash Sarawgi, along with Surya Prabhat, were also present.
More than 200 students participated in the programme with enthusiasm, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the event.
The new executive committee expressed its commitment to creating more leadership opportunities for young people, strengthening community service initiatives and undertaking youth-focused programmes aimed at bringing positive change to society.
With the successful completion of its 13th Installation Ceremony, the Rotaract Club of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, has embarked on a new chapter with a fresh team, renewed goals and greater energy towards service and leadership.
