Pulsar Bike Catches Fire on Ramgarh-Patratu Four-Lane Road; Rider Flees, Raising Questions






A major mishap was narrowly avoided on Sunday morning when a black Pulsar motorcycle suddenly caught fire on the Ramgarh-Patratu four-lane road near Kurse village.

The motorcycle, bearing registration number **JH 02 R 2172**, was reportedly travelling towards Patratu from Ramgarh when smoke and flames suddenly began coming from the vehicle near Kurse Nala.

Within moments, the bike was engulfed in flames and completely gutted. However, what caught the attention of locals was the rider's sudden disappearance from the spot.

According to eyewitnesses, the rider abandoned the burning motorcycle on the road and fled without informing anyone or seeking help. Local residents said they were unable to understand what had happened before the rider left the scene.

On receiving information about the incident, personnel from the Bhadani Nagar OP reached the spot and inspected the area. By the time police arrived, the motorcycle had already been completely destroyed in the fire.

The circumstances surrounding the rider's sudden disappearance have raised questions. Police have taken information from local eyewitnesses and are trying to establish what led to the fire and why the rider left the vehicle behind.

Once the motorcycle cools down, police are expected to take it into custody and trace its registered owner using the registration number.

Police said the circumstances would become clearer after the owner is identified and a detailed investigation into the incident is completed.
