
Deoghar: A one-day training program was organized under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Campaign 2026 by the Bharatiya Janata Party at Rankini Hotel hall near Mansarovar in Deoghar city. The program was held for the workers of the Nagar Mandal and was presided over by Nagar President Sonadhari Jha. The program began with floral tributes and lighting of lamps before the portraits of Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, the guiding figures of the party. On this occasion, the participants took a pledge to follow their ideals.
During the training sessions, detailed guidance was provided to the workers on strengthening the organization, work methodology, and public outreach. Speakers highlighted the importance of Panch Nishtha, describing it as a core pillar of the party’s ideology.
It was also explained that a strong organization requires a clear understanding of ideology, regular communication, and continuous engagement with all sections of society. Training was also given on effective use of social media, election strategy, and social service activities.
Nagar President Sonadhari Jha said that party workers are dedicated to national service and cultural values. Referring to the philosophy of Integral Humanism, he emphasized strengthening organizational expansion and public outreach.
The program concluded with a call to further strengthen the organization at the grassroots level. Several leaders and workers including Sanjeev Jajware, Sachin Sultania, Mukesh Pathak, Dhananjay Khawade, Dhananjay Tiwari, Meena Jha, Supriya Gupta, Neeraj Prakash, Bambam Dubey, Saurabh Rai, Dilraj Kumar, Ashok Mauli, Raju Kesari, Rinku Singh, Niranjan Thakur, Krishna Gupta, Sujeet Sah, Rakesh Singh, Kundan Jha, Rakesh Jha, Sagar Jha, and Praveen Tiwari were present on the occasion.
