Massive Response at Blood Donation Camp, Free School Admission for Donors’ Children Announced

Deoghar: A blood donation camp organized by the **JC Raj Foundation** at Saint Michael Anglo School in Bilasi drew an overwhelming response, especially from the youth, who stepped forward in large numbers to contribute to the noble cause.

The camp was held on the occasion of the birthday of the foundation’s patron, Dr. JC Raj. From early morning, a steady stream of donors kept the venue buzzing with energy and enthusiasm. Young volunteers actively participated, donating blood and spreading awareness about the importance of such initiatives.

Members and players of the Goal Shot Ball Association also took part in the drive, leading by example and encouraging others to join in.

Foundation representatives shared that such camps are organized every year on this occasion to address the recurring issue of blood shortage and to promote a sense of social responsibility. They emphasized that these efforts help strengthen community bonding and the spirit of service.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. JC Raj reiterated that the foundation’s core mission is social service. He noted that Deoghar frequently faces blood shortages and said that initiatives like these are crucial in saving lives. Adding to the significance of the event, the school management announced that children of those who donated blood at the camp would be granted free admission. The announcement further uplifted the morale of participants and encouraged greater involvement.
