Vaishya community’s national conclave in Deoghar, preparations intensify for 46th convention

Deoghar. Preparations have gained momentum for the 46th national convention of the Akhil Bhartiya Madhyadeshiya Vaishya Sabha. During a press briefing held on Monday, the organizing committee shared detailed information about the event schedule, arrival of guests and overall arrangements. The two-day convention will be held on April 11 and 12 at Shanti Kothi, where delegates from different states of India, as well as from Nepal and Bhutan, are expected to participate.

The venue, Shanti Kothi, is being prepared to host a large gathering, as Deoghar has received the opportunity to host this national convention for the second consecutive time. The event is being seen as a major platform for unity and expansion of the Vaishya community.

During the convention, elections for the new national executive body will be conducted. Key positions including national president, general secretary and treasurer, along with posts in the youth wing and women’s committee, will be decided through voting. Around two thousand delegates are expected to attend, including public representatives and prominent members from various fields.

A major highlight of this year’s convention will be the felicitation of talented youth from across the country with the Pradesh Ratna Award. Two youths from each state have been selected for their notable contributions in writing, art, poetry and cultural activities.This initiative is being considered an important step towards encouraging young talent.

The organizing committee has finalized preparations and formed various committees to ensure smooth execution of the event. Arrangements related to reception, accommodation, food and other logistics are being managed on a priority basis. Coordinated efforts are being made at all levels to make the event grand and well-organized.
