Complex cases will be forwarded to the concerned department or court as per rules, and proper guidance will be provided to the applicants.A separate register will be maintained to record all complaints received during Thana Diwas, and receipts will be issued to applicants. Each police station will prepare a brief report of the proceedings and submit it to the subdivision office, mentioning the number of applications received, disposed and pending. To ensure public awareness, information about Thana Diwas will be displayed at panchayat buildings and other public places, along with announcements through public address systems and other communication channels.
