DC emphasizes timely and accurate completion of survey work

Deoghar: A review meeting related to digital crop survey activities was held today, Wednesday, at the Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Collector Naman Priyesh Lakra. During the meeting, the Collector instructed the concerned officials to ensure that the survey work is completed in a timely, transparent, and accurate manner.
Focus on surveyors’ work and quality

During the meeting, the Collector reviewed the work being carried out by the targeted surveyors and expressed displeasure regarding those surveyors who were not making the necessary efforts. Officials were directed to ensure that all surveyors perform their duties fully prepared and that the assigned targets are completed on time. He emphasized that the digital crop survey is a highly important and priority task.

Supervisor monitoring and prompt resolution of pending cases.

The Collector also instructed that supervisors monitor surveyors’ work on a daily basis to ensure both quality and speed. Additionally, pending survey cases should be promptly approved or rejected as per rules so that the digital crop survey work can be completed on schedule.

The meeting was attended by the District Agriculture Officer, all Block Agriculture Officers along with Block Nodal Officers for the digital crop survey, Assistant Public Relations Officer, CSC Manager, Jansevak, and Assistant Technical Manager cum Supervisor Digital Crop Survey.
