CM Soren Visits Badrinath with Family After Kedarnath Pilgrimage

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren, currently on a religious tour with his family, visited the revered Badrinath Dham after offering prayers at Kedarnath. The Chief Minister shared moments from the visit on his social media accounts, where he is seen alongside his wife and Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren, and their two sons.

Earlier in the day, CM Soren had posted photos from Kedarnath, where he performed rituals and sought blessings from Lord Shiva. According to official sources, he is expected to return to Ranchi on June 1. His absence from the scheduled meeting with the 16th Finance Commission was due to his ongoing pilgrimage.

This visit is the latest in a series of spiritual journeys the Chief Minister has undertaken since his victory in the 2024 Assembly elections. In February, he and his wife offered prayers at the Kalighat Temple in Kolkata. In December 2024, the couple visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, performing rituals together. During the same trip, they also visited the Tirupati Balaji and Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temples in Tirupati.

CM Soren’s repeated visits to major religious sites reflect his strong personal spiritual beliefs. His ongoing pilgrimage has garnered attention and well-wishes from people across Jharkhand.
