Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) announced candidates for Lok Sabha Elections

Ranchi: Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) on Saturday announced names of Candidates for Lok Sabha Elections. BJP announced the names of 195 candidates for Lok Sabha Elections from 16 States and 2 Union Territories. BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawade released the list of Candidates of Lok Sabha Elections. He said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will contest election from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

34 Union Ministers were given tickets for the second time, whereas 28 women were made candidates. 18 Candidates from Scheduled Tribe and 57 Candidates from Schedule Caste and Other Backward Caste (OBC). Lok Sabha Candidates for 11 Seats were declared by BJP on Saturday.

Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Arjun Munda will be the candidate from Khunti. Whereas, Sanjay Seth from Ranchi, Nishikant Dubey from Godda, BD Ram from Palamu, Annapurna Devi from Koderma, Geeta Koda from Singhbhum, Manish Jaiswal from Hazaribagh, Sameer Oraon from Lohardaga, Vidyut Varan Mahato from Jamshedpur and Sunil Soren from Dumka.

BJP excluded Party Leaders and Seating MP Jayant Sinha from Hazaribagh and Sudreshan Bhagat from Lohardaga.
