Ranchi: Transfer of Jharkhand High Court Acting Chief Justice S Chandrashekhar to Rajasthan High Court.
Justice S Chandrashekhar had requested the Supreme Court for his transfer, accepting which the Collegium had transferred him to the Rajasthan High Court.
Justice S Chandrashekhar was recently appointed the Acting Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court.
This decision was taken in the collegium meeting chaired by Supreme Court Chief Justice DY Chandrachud on Friday.
