2,550 additional police force deployed across the state for Muharram

Ranchi: The police headquarters has alerted the police administration in all the districts of the state regarding Muharram. Instructions have been given to take special vigilance with security.

During this, on the instructions of the Jharkhand Police Headquarters, 2,550 additional police forces have been deployed in 20 districts to ensure that there is no law and order problem. The deputation of jawans has been done from 28 July to 29 July.

Police Headquarters has instructed the SP of the district that after the duty is over, they will ensure to send the jawans deputed to their respective districts to their native districts and units on July 30. 

Ranchi: Apart from the jawans deputed from earlier, 500 additional police forces have been deployed in the district. Apart from this, one team of BDS and one company of RAP deputed.

• Hazaribagh: 400 lathi force and six companies of RAP.
• Jamshedpur: 200 lathi force and two companies of RAP.
• Giridih: 200 lathi force and five companies of RAP.
• Khunti: 50 lathi Bal.
• Lohardaga: 165 Lathi Bal.
• Saraikela: 50 Lathi Bal.
• Palamu: 150 Lathi Bal
• Garhwa: 50  Lathi Bal
• Latehar: 50 Lathi Bal
• Pakur: 50 Lathi Bal
• Ramgarh: 50 Lathi Bal
• Dhanbad: 150 Lathi Bal
• Koderma: 50 Lathi Bal
