Corona cases in 17 districts of Jharkhand

Ranchi: Corona has spread in 17 districts of Jharkhand as a result of which the number of corona patients has doubled here in just 5 days. 

On April 10, the number of corona patients in the state was 75 which has increased to 151 on 15 April. At the same time, a corona patient (child) has been admitted in Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, RIMS. Public Relations Officer Dr Rajeev Ranjan said that the infected child has been admitted to the isolation ward. He is undergoing treatment under the supervision of the doctors of the Pediatric Department.

District wise there are 3 cases of Corona in Bokaro, 1 in Chatra, 16 in Deoghar, 2 in Dumka, 24 in East Singhbhum, 1 in Garhwa, 3 in Giridih, 1 in Godda, 1 in Gumla, 8 in Hazaribagh, 1 in Khunti, 7 in Koderma There are 7 active patients in Latehar, 8 in Lohardaga, 5 in Ramgarh, 59 in Ranchi and 4 in West Singhbhum. The cases of corona are also increasing continuously in the country. 

In the last 24 hours, 10,753 new cases of the corona were reported. While the number of active patients increased to 53,720. According to the updated data released by the Ministry of Health at eight o’clock on Saturday morning, 27 patients died of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours in India. After this, the total number of deaths in the country increased to 5,31,091.
