Quarterly Hindi Workshop organized by PIB, Central Bureau of Communications

Ranchi: A quarterly Hindi workshop was jointly organized on Friday by the Press Information Bureau and Central Communications Bureau, Ranchi. The workshop was presided over by Akhil Kumar Mishra, Additional Director General, PIB-CBC, Ranchi.

Whereas senior journalist Baijnath Mishra, former State Information Commissioner and Editor Sanmarg and Binay Kumar, member of Hindi Salahkar Samiti in Union Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution participated mainly as expert speakers.

In his presidential address after lighting the lamp Akhil Kumar Mishra, ADG, PIB CBC, said that Hindi is our official language, Jharkhand is a ‘K’ zone state so the ministry organizes this meetings in its offices on time and all the employees do better work in Hindi.

Former information commissioner of Jharkhand and senior journalist Baijnath Mishra said that work can be done easily in Hindi. At the same time, he talked about using simple Hindi words and writing more and more accurately in official work. He emphasized that Hindi is the language of common people, it is also the main language of business in our country. Therefore, Hindi speakers should work in their mother tongue with pride.

Speaking on the development of Hindi in today’s technological era, senior journalist Binay Kumar said that technologies like voice typing, Unicode, Google, etc have increased the ability to work in Hindi and working in Hindi is now very easy. If we want, we can write our report or email in Hindi from anywhere through our mobile.
