Para teachers of the state will now be known as assistant teachers: CM

Ranchi: A delegation of Jharkhand State Trained Para Teachers Association met Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the project building during which he assured to look into the pending demands of the para teachers of the state positively.

The delegation extended heartfelt thanks to the Chief Minister. On the occasion, the delegation thanked the education minister of the state, Jaggarnath Mahto who was present there. It is noteworthy that the state government will give 60 years of service to para teachers, 50 percent to TET para teachers and 40 percent to non-TET para teachers, 10 percent honorarium increment bonus after passing the assessment test, 4 percent annum salary hike, the decision to make para teachers as assistant teachers, as well as welcome the decision of the state government to pay regular honorarium from the plan item of the state government even if funds are not given for honorarium payment by the central government. Delegation of Jharkhand State Trained Para Teachers Association.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the demands of para teachers could not be considered for the last several years but keeping in view the pain and problems of para teachers the government has worked to find a positive way to address the demands. The Chief Minister said that now all will move forward together.

There should be justice to all, with this thinking the government is working. All of Para teachers are the people who work to give direction to the coming generation he said adding that their role is important in the all-around development of the state.

The Chief Minister said that this is the time to move forward by coordinating with the limited resources. The dream of a prosperous Jharkhand has to be realized by following the thoughts of respected Guruji as Guruji always used to tell the office-bearers that your job is to serve the public and not to be a ruler.
