Ranchi, Feb 5: On Friday hearing took place in the Jharkhand High Court over the jail manual violation case related with jailed RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav.

During the hearing the court of justice Apresh Kumar Singh expressed its anguish as the RIMS authorities did not submit the medical report of Lalu Yadav after which the court issued a show-cause notice to the RIMS Director over the issue.

The court said that for better treatment Lalu Yadav has been shifted to AIIMS from RIMS but why this decision has been taken will only be revealed by the medical court. The court gave one last opportunity to RIMS Director to submit the medical report and later fixed February 19 as the next day for hearing of the case.

After his health condition declined Lalu Yadav was sent to AIIMS New Delhi for better medical aid on January 23 where he is currently undergoing treatment.
