Traffic hit on Ranchi-Tata road for three hours post collision of two trucks

Traffic movement on the Ranchi-Tata road was disrupted for several hours on Tuesday after two trucks collided at Taimara Ghati on NH-33.

Following the accident, a police team reached the spot and, with the help of a crane, removed both trucks from the road. Traffic movement resumed after the vehicles were cleared.

However, the accident led to a long traffic jam, leaving several vehicles stranded and causing considerable inconvenience to commuters.

The Ranchi-Tata road has become notorious for frequent accidents. According to available figures, more than 1,200 accidents have occurred on the road over the past six years, claiming around 600 lives.
