Mumbai – Actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is gearing up to step into an intense and gripping narrative with her upcoming series Ab Hoga Hisaab. The actress revealed that thrillers and revenge dramas have always been her preferred genres as they keep audiences constantly engaged and intrigued.

Expressing her enthusiasm about the project, Nimrit shared that the series came to her at a time when she wanted to explore genres that excite her both as a viewer and an actor. She explained that she enjoys stories that keep viewers guessing, adding that working on a whodunnit drama has been an especially thrilling experience.

The actress highlighted that what attracted her most to the script was its focus on emotional and personal accountability rather than traditional ideas of right and wrong. According to her, the storyline explores the concept of human debt, reflecting the emotional burdens people carry, which adds depth and realism to the narrative.

Set against a strong Punjabi backdrop, the high-stakes thriller also features actors Sanjay Kapoor, Shaheer Shaikh, and Mouni Roy. Nimrit described her role as central to the storyline, stating that her character’s emotional journey required her to deeply explore the complexities of the role. She added that each character in the series carries unique ambitions, secrets, and motivations, which enhances the gripping nature of the story.
