Iulia Vantur Calls Collaboration with Arijit Singh a Magical Musical Experience

Mumbai- Actress-singer Iulia Vantur has described her collaboration with renowned playback singer Arijit Singh as a remarkable and memorable journey. The duo has come together for the romantic song ‘Tere Sang’ from the upcoming short film Echoes Of Us.

Sharing her excitement, Iulia said she felt honoured to work alongside Arijit Singh for the first time. She revealed that Arijit agreed to lend his voice to the track after appreciating the version she had initially recorded for the film.

“I feel deeply grateful that Arijit liked the song I originally sang for our film Echoes Of Us and agreed to enrich it with his beautiful voice,” she said. “Being part of his musical world has been an incredible experience. Tere Sang has been sung with immense love for a story that I hope will resonate with many hearts.”

The song marks the first musical collaboration between Arijit Singh and Iulia Vantur. It features Iulia alongside actor Deepak Tijori in a soft and romantic setting, enhancing the emotional depth of the composition.

Directed by Joe Rajan, Echoes Of Us marks Iulia’s international acting debut and features Deepak Tijori in a significant role. The film’s first song, Tere Sang, has been released under the Salman Khan Films Music label.

The film also features Spanish actress Alessandra Whelan Merediz and is produced by Pooja Batra in collaboration with Alliance Media Pty Ltd. Echoes Of Us has already received recognition at several film festivals, including the 14th Bangalore Shorts Film Festival 2025, Global Indie Filmmaker Awards 2025, Independent Shorts Awards 2025, and the Love & Hope International Film Festival 2025.

While the storyline has not been revealed, the film is expected to revolve around themes of emotional bonding and personal transformation.

Originally from Romania, Iulia began her career as a television presenter before stepping into the Indian music industry with Himesh Reshammiya’s Every Night And Day. She later contributed songs to Salman Khan’s films such as Radhe, Sultan, and Race 3.

Last year, Iulia spoke about her passion for acting, describing it as a powerful medium of expression. She said that while she has focused extensively on her music career and enjoys performing live across the world, she also seeks creative expression through multiple artistic forms.

She noted that she has previously worked in theatre in Romania and participated in musicals and films, but considers Echoes Of Us her true acting debut. She added that she is pleased to portray a character that aligns with her personal beliefs and values.
