Kriti Sanon Shares Candid Photo of Aanand L. Rai Sleeping Peacefully on a Flight

Mumbai- Actress Kriti Sanon shared a lighthearted and candid moment from her recent travels with filmmaker Aanand L. Rai, adding a playful touch to the countdown for their upcoming film Tere Ishk Mein.

On Wednesday, Kriti posted a photo on Instagram showing Aanand L. Rai fast asleep by the window seat during a flight, his mouth slightly open. Teasing the director ahead of the film’s release, she captioned the picture: “Pretty calm for a director who’s film is about to release in 2 days @aanandlrai. #TereIshkMein.”

Tere Ishk Mein marks Kriti Sanon’s first collaboration with Aanand L. Rai in a romantic comedy. The duo is currently busy promoting the film, which also stars Dhanush. Notably, the movie reunites Rai, Dhanush, and Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman after their successful partnerships in Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re.

Presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow, the film is produced by Aanand L. Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar. It is set to release in theatres on November 28 in both Tamil and Hindi.

Earlier in July, Kriti shared a heartfelt note after completing the shoot for the film, posting behind-the-scenes photos from the set of what is described as the spiritual successor to Raanjhanaa. She expressed gratitude to the team, describing the project as a roller coaster of emotionally and physically demanding schedules that left her with unforgettable memories.

Thanking the director, she wrote: “@aanandlrai thank you for holding my one hand through this journey to find Mukti, and for feeding me the yummiest food with so much love with the other hand.”

She also praised Dhanush, saying: “@dhanushkraja you are one of the finest and most intelligent actors I have worked with! Such a pleasure doing scenes with you my friend! Here’s to many more together!”
