Shah Rukh Khan Shares Independence Day Moment with Son AbRam

Mumbai – Celebrating India’s 79th Independence Day, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan made a rare appearance alongside his youngest son, AbRam Khan.

SRK took to Instagram to post a picture of the two waving to fans from his balcony, along with a heartfelt message:
"Our Independence is our greatest gift... a key to our progress. Let’s keep our heads held high and hearts open. Happy Independence Day to all of us... Jai Hind!"

Earlier in the day, Salman Khan marked the occasion with a soulful rendition of the patriotic classic "Sare Jahan Se Accha Hindustan Humaara". Several other film celebrities, including Akshay Kumar, Hema Malini, Rajkummar Rao, Vikrant Massey, Arjun Rampal, Sara Ali Khan, Ram Charan, Suniel Shetty, and Soha Ali Khan, also extended their wishes on social media.

On the work front, Shah Rukh recently won his first National Award for Best Actor for his performance in Jawan. The film, directed by Atlee, features SRK in a dual role as Captain Vikram Rathore and his son, Azad Rathore.

Earlier this month, SRK shared a playful exchange with Jawan’s casting director Mukesh Chhabra. After Chhabra posted a clip of the award announcement with the caption “Love you” and emojis, SRK humorously replied, "Thank you very much for casting me in the film... twice." Chhabra responded in kind with emojis and a lighthearted “Sir.”

Shah Rukh’s Independence Day appearance with AbRam delighted fans, blending a moment of national pride with a glimpse into his personal life.
