Mirzapur: Chief Minister Hemant Soren along with his wife Kalpana Soren and other members of the family offered prayers at Maa Vindhyavasini Temple located in Vindhyachal.
The Chief Minister prayed to the goddess to bring peace and prosperity in the lives of the people of the state. He also sought her blessings for the welfare and all-round development of Jharkhand.
A day earlier on the occasion of his 14th marriage anniversary, the Chief Minister had offered prayers at Kashi Vishwanath Temple located in the holy city of Varanasi and later had also participated in the Ganga Aarti on the banks of
the river.
