Babulal Marandi alleges misuse of government machinery causing defeat of party

Koderma: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi has alleged that the opposition lost the Lok Sabha elections as no face of the Prime Minister was declared and due to the misuse of the government machinery.
Addressing a press conference here he said that the party is of the favour that instead of EVM the elections should be held through ballot paper as in Japan were these EVMs are manufactured there also elections are held on ballot paper.

He said that after Independence for the first time it has been witnessed that the election commission was functioning as per the directions of the ruling party. To a query he said that the party has not decided to join the Mahagathbandhan for the Assembly elections as curretly his focus was on strengthening the party and bringing in new members.

Over the mob lynching incident he said that since these incidents are sponsored by the government therefore no action is being taken on them. On the issue of Pradeep Yadav he said that the party has already removed him from the post and further course of action will be taken after court verdict.
