Jansamwad Review: Repair all school and anganwadi buildings within a month, directs Barnwal

Ranchi: Principal Secretary Chief Minister Sunil Kumar Barnwal has instructed to submit the report within one month by auditing the status of the buildings of all the schools and anganwadi centers in the state and has instructed the DC to repair them with Untied Fund on the priority basis.

Chairing the weekly review of complaints registered at the Jansamwad Kendra at Suchana Bhawan here he also instructed to take action against ADPO who did not execute the matter satisfactorily.

Mahendra Prashad of Ramgarh had died in a road accident but his family has not received compensation under the National Family Benefit Scheme, on this he directed the Health Department to issue death certificate immediately after death. Crops of farmers were destroyed in Dhanbad in the year 2013-14 due to faulty seeds provided by PACS. Farmers have not been paid compensation in this regard. On this Mr Barnwal instructed to keep the matter in ‘Seedhi Baat’ program and also instructed the nodal officer that if compensation will not be paid before that then action will be taken against the guilty officer.

Godda district ward member Md. Azhar Parsa has not been paid incentive amount from June 2017 on this he demanded a report with clear guidelines in this regard from Panchayati Raj. Farmers demanded pipeline for proper arrangement of irrigation in the fields of Koderma on this he directed the department to make the plan for clearance of the scheme as soon as possible. In Kandi, Garhwa, on 31 May 2018 cyclonic storm-damaged houses of 63 villagers, but the villagers were not paid compensation so far over this he instructed the nodal officer to pay the compensation within a week.

In the financial year 2015- 16, on the order of Labour Superintendent, Dalit Development Forum, and Jan Sahbhagi Kendra, Garhwa had done the Bal Shramik survey, in lieu of which they have not been paid yet. On this, he instructed to take action against the guilty officer and execute the matter within a week. Ranjit Choudhary of Garhwa died in the road accident caused by the Government vehicle on 11 November 2008.
