Eight year old child commits suicide in Dhanbad

Dhanbad: An eight year old child committed suicide by hanging himself inside the room of his house at Income Tax New Colony under Sadar Police Station area of this district.

The deceased has been identified as Aditya Chowdhary a student of class three of Dinobali CMRI school. His father Sunil Chowdhary is an income tax inspector.

Family members said that after playing in the morning the boy had gone to his room while his parents were away in another room. As the mother of the child raised an alarm the other family members rushed to the spot where the saw the boy hanging from the fan.

He was later taken to the hospital where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. Later a police team also reached on the spot and inquired into the matter
