DC chairs meeting over preparations for International Yoga Day

Ranchi: The Ranchi district administration is making all-out preparations to organize the main function on the occasion of the International Yoga Day at the Prabhat Tara grounds on June 21. DC Rai Mahimpet Mahimpet Rey on Monday held a review meeting with the in charge of the different cells and gave them necessary instructions in this regard.

During the meeting, we give necessary instructions to the officials regarding the arrival of the VIP and security arrangements in the VIP area in the airport. Over the cleanliness to be maintained at the main event he asked the officials to accord key priority to cleanliness and said that after the end of the program no wastage should be found at the venue and he directed to ensure cleanliness immediately after the end of the program.

He also gave necessary directions to the assistant director social security regarding the presence of Divyang during the main function on the international yoga day and also directed to make arrangements to bring the Divyangs to the venue.
