Chakardharpur: After his visit to the Santhal Pargana on June to Chief Minister Raghubar Das on June 6 reached the Kolhan division of the state.
During his visit to Chainpur block of the west singhbhum district hi launched the the work of installation of LED street lights in the villages at a cost of Rs 3.50 crore. Under this a total of 14929 LED street lights will be put up. On the other hand on June 2 in Dumka in the Shikari Pada block scheme to erect 19750 LED street light was inaugurated.
On the other hand chief secretary D K Tiwari once again through video conferencing has asked the deputy commissioners of the state that work done under mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana and pm ka Kisan Yojana would be taken into account in assessment of their performance.
These steps are clear indication that in the months to come the state government would accord more focus for the development of villages and farmers in the state.
