Ranchi: Former Bihar Chief Minister who is jailed in the fodder scam case had not taken his lunch on May 24th and 25th following the results of the Lok Sabha polls was declared on May 23 but after being counseled by the doctors he has once again started taking his normal diet.
Dr Umesh Prasad who is looking after Dr Yadav in RIMS said that Mr Yadav had not taken his lunch on May 24th and 25th but after being told by the doctors that for taking medicines food is a must he has now come back to his normal diet.
The doctors said that everything was now normal and Mr Yadav was taking his food and medicines and his health was also better. Since December 23, 2017 after being convicted in the multi-crore fodder scam case Mr Lalu Yadav has been lodged at the Birsa Munda Central Jail located at Hotwar. His bail plea has been rejected by the supreme court also despite that fact that in one of the cases the apex court had granted him bail.
The RJD failed to open its account in the Lok Sabha polls both in Jharkhand and Bihar. The Mahagathbandhan in Bihar could win only one seat and that too went to the Congress party and even in Jharkhand the seats were won by JMM and Congress.
