Khunti: Two ultras of the PLFI were arrested with arms from Balon village under Murhu Police Station area of this district.
Police said that a couple of pistols, three live cartridges, three mobile and couple of pamphlets were also recovered from them. Briefing the press Khunti SP Alok said that he had received a secret tip-off that two ultras of the PLFI were planning to execute a killing after which a team led by ASP Operations Anurag Raj was constituted which conducted raid at the village and arrested the duo.
He said that the arrested have been identified as Siren Gope and Inder Kashi. Mr Alok said that the duo are part PLFI squad led by Bagrai Champia.
