Raghubar accuses JMM and Soren family of looting land of tribals

Khunti: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das once again  attacked on the JMM and the Soren family claiming that it had violated the provisions of the CNT and SPT acts on
several occasions and had managed to capture land worth Rs 500 crore across 26 locations in the state.

Addressing a public organised here he said that it is unfortunate that those who claims to champion of the tribals are the real exploiters of the community and pointed
that all those who had looted the Jal, Jungle, and Zameen of Jharkhand had gathered in Simdega. He said that even in 2014 Congress has said that if BJP and its allies come to
power than their land will be looted and are spreading the same rumors in 2019 however in last four and half years no land has been looted. Mr. Das said that no one can forcibly take the land of the tribals and the corrupt were spreading fake rumors.

The Chief Minister said that for decades Congress party ruled the country but despite that area of Khunti, Torpa, Simdega are backward and said that the people who could not
develop the country coined the slogan of ‘garibi hatao’ and instead went on to do scams from jeep scam to spectrum scam    and said that alliance should tell to the people why these areas
are backward.Mr. Das said that Congress and its leaders never recognised    the contribution of martyrs of    the state including Bhagwan Birsa Munda but it was Prime Minister
Narendra Modi who recalled his contribution from red-fort and pointed out that the state government has given Rs28    crore each for development of backward areas.
